"J.T. Tryon, the fourth-round pick of the Washington Redskins in April's draft, signed a three-year deal Friday that included a $429,000 bonus. On draft day, Tryon said he didn't care that Washington already had proven veterans Shawn Springs, Fred Smoot and Carlos Rogers at cornerback. "It really don't matter," Tryon said. "That's my spot to take." Redskins executive vice president Vinny Cerrato likes that attitude."

In 2006 Betts rushed for 1,154 yards with 4.7 yards per carry on 245 attempts. In 2007 Betts rushed for 335 yards with 5.8 yards per carry on 93 attempts. These stats while nothing spectacular are productive and show that this dude can be an excellent complimentary back for Clinton Portis who seems to be injury proned. Is Betts worthy of more touches?
